House/Hard House Track(s) with distinctive synth siren 1999-????

Hello, I have been searching for a hard house track from this 1999 Spanish Revival set, its only very brief and there isn't much to go on, apart from a distinctive filtered siren type synth...

Then recently I heard a house track in a set which uses the exact same distinctive siren sample, but the song is completely different. I am wondering whether these are 2 different mixes of the same track? Any help greatly appreciated... Shazam has come up with nothing unfortunately.

I think the tune you are looking for could be a remix of Nature - Trumpet Gun ( Feelin Higher ). It's the same year and has the same vocal.

The second tune is Nature - Mind power, off the original release of trumpet gun, so it would make sense if first one is by Nature.

There is a 2 x 12 inch release with a load of remixes that aren't posted online, could be on there.
