Guessing Late 90s/Early 00s Trance w/out vocals

Well, in the 12 years it has been since I last asked for help, I've become really good at finding out who made what music. I found one trance song in my collection that has no ID other than the title I gave it a long time ago. I recorded it from my friend's car stereo using a portable tape recorder, then digitally converted it. And apparently, I called it "Highway of Dreams", which may be incorrect. I had Soundhound and AHA-Music listen, to no avail.
