Tribal steel drums & Amen break, 1993, Warp 69 or related

Hey guys,

Here's a tune with tribal steel drums, an Amen break and an oldskool stab (near the end of the attached clip).
It reminds me of the track 'Release' by Warp69 [NOW Records - NOW!05], the oldskool stab is the same. Also the usage of the Amen break is reminiscent of 'Natural High', from the same vinyl.
I tried to listen to every track produced by the Warp69 guys (1993-94), to no avail.
