1995/6 Jungle track ID with possible Riddler sample...

Hi all,

I am looking for the name of a track that had a couple of samples in that *might* have been from the Riddler (or Joker) from Batman. The samples were:

Male voice: "You never know what's going to come next. For instance, one minute it's..." [crazy drum break]

Male voice: "And the next it might be..." [crazy bass breakdown]

There is also a male voice saying: "Is everybody paying attention? The mother of all riddles..." and a woman screaming "come on" [with reverb]

I've attached a dodgy sample of the track. Please excuse the MC and sound quality.
