Dream of your love Je t'aime - Je rêve de ton amour 93-94.mp3
I don't have an ID but I've been looking into it and found some info that may help.
So as per the embedded tag info in the MP3, it comes from Belgian radio show Behind The Beat, 1994.
That was hosted by T-Quest who is Stefaan Vandenberghe. He started up the Music Man Records label and released his own tunes.

Thus you could check releases on that label and search for tunes released by Stefaan.
My thinking is that he may have played/promoted tunes from his label or any associated labels. So it could be possible that this tune is from his label or possibly even one of his own.
Good luck.
Info was wrong and I corrected it, someone fucked up the DB, Stefaan didnt start up Music Man, he started as a salesman there in the end of the 80s.
info in Dutch but Google translate will help ya out, nice read:

Dont think personally its one of his own tunes, just a tune he played in his program, search continues
