I need help finding the name of this rare hip house track that's in a Julian Jumpin Perez Mix on B96 radio.

He starts of the rap saying " What's up... " and around the chorus he raps " That's right I'm about to get ill " and then it samples Yo get funky and MR lee in the chorus.

Everytime the chorus drops he raps " I'm about to get ill "

This is a hard one as no one has been able to help for years...
