Ambient techno 90's track with relaxation hypnosis speech

I went through an old 90's mixtape of mine, and heard this old track which I can't remember what it is.

It must be from 1990-1992, and it's a chillout, IDM ambient techno track with relaxation/ hypnosis speech throughout.

I've probably got the record in my collection somewhere (hopefully!) but I still can't think who made this?

I finally managed to ID the track myself!

Track is 'Earth Beat Synphonic - Relax Part 2' (Warrior Records) 1990.

I stumbled across the track whilst playing another tracks from the EP, hope this helps anyone else
