Please help ID this 1991 or 1992 rave tune

Apologies for the super crappy quality, this was from a rave filmed on a poor-quality camcorder and the tape has been copied about 4 times.

It sounds to me like the kind of stuff R&S Records was putting out at the time, but I've listened to just about every R&S release over the period and it's none of them. Might've been an Italian or Belgian white label looking to appeal to the same crowd.

Any help will be hugely appreciated!
