Parks & Wilson Eclipse 1991 tune ID please

Hi. I'm looking for the name of the first tune in this Parks & Wilson set from the Eclipse, Coventry - Parks & Wilson - The Eclipse (1991) by International Artist Support | Mixcloud

It starts with a sample from Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Two Tribes (unless that was just added by the DJs on the night) and features the female vocal line: "Can't you see, can't you see it's too late"

I've been looking for a complete track list for this set for years and this is the only tune I still need to ID.

Other track lists i've found online for this set have been incomplete or have this tune incorrectly listed.

Hello mate this is ultra cynic - its too late. its on the promo and the ultracynic ep. Both records feature a slightly different mix but thats the tune
