3 may be The Untouchables - Lil Louie's Anthem Part 2 ..quality and speed of clip make it hard to tell for deffo.

Granted the track is not the best of quality.
..seems like Your on the right lines though,

Vocal sample is slightly higher pitched at the end (Of Li'l Louie's Anthem)!. Kiss Version Could possibly be a Re-Mix, almost sounds as if it's looped!!

Your Kiss tape sample sounds too slow like the tape has stretched over time... I suspect the track is actually a bit faster.

Original sample is from Brenda & The Tabulations 'Let's Go All The Way (Down)' btw in case you didn't know

Thanks for the Brenda & The Tabs original sample I.D. (Always wondered what that was!!)

Having listened to the Tabs version,

L'il Louie's Anthem Samples both 1st & 2nd (Vocal) Verses ..Where as the Kiss Tune only repeats 2nd Verse.
So i guess although Very Similar, This is not the record.
