Track ID from Elex Red @ Shockwave 2002 mix

Elex Red played it on Shockwave 2002 in Hungary. The track was probably created in the late 90's up to 2002 (unless Elex played a promo track, but if we check how it sounds, this type of techno was more popular in the 90s)

Feels like Mhonolink, but according to discogs database I've checked all 98-to-2002 releases on nuloop.com online store (it has ca all vinyl releases with audio previews), and no luck. Others said Jeff Mills, but his style was too different. Ppl also mentioned Dave the Drummer, and Glenn Wilson, but I couldn't preview all old releases, so I can't confirm those thoughts.
