1989 house track ID? I recreated the melody

Please have a listen to the attached MP3. I quickly made it and it plays the common melody of the singing from the track I remember from 1989 or 1990. It was a dance track and with a very funky strong female voice.

I hope someone can pick the melody and place a name to the tune!
