Dance/house track with sample from Jane Fonda fitness video??

I had for many years ago a track that had a sample from Jane Fonda I think.

The sample goes "And 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 1,2,3,4 "etc.

The sample is repeated most of the time to sync with the track.

I think it is made in the late 90´s.

Does that ring a bell somehow ??
