1989 DMC - House 89 megamix - filling those tracklist holes

The DMC - House 89 megamix is a mega-classic for me and a superbly produced mix. I would like to have the missing spots on the tracklist filled out, so please help me. As it is a best of the year mix, they should be pretty widely known.

Note. Some sections is a mix up of beat from one place, riffs from a second place and accapellas from a third place. Especially 2, 4 & 5. I am interested in the origin of the synth riffs. Eg. the beat on 5 is already Voodoo Ray. But feel free to discuss everything.
