hello mate Bunker !!! this is Ogg format . just download Winamp or Quintessential and you will see the nice sound you will get ....

I've got WINAMP, REALPLAYER and WINDOWS MEDIAPLAYER, but none of them plays it?
I tried COOL EDIT 2000 to convert it,but all I got was static noise
