2x Graeme Park House IDs from Mid to Late 1994

Easy folks,

Got two IDs that I'm after. Both are from a Graeme Park set from mid to late 1994.

The first one I should know, but can't nail it:

Can someone tell me what the female singer is saying too?!! Sounds like "All I want is the bass"...

.... And this one more tricky - a latin sounding House number with nice precussion. Unfortunately I only have this shortish snippet
