Freestylers Essential Mix 1998 - House/Disco track

I'm stuck on one ID for this EM and it can be heard here at 28:24 (lasting for about 1:29):

The old tracklistings - including the Mixmag tape cover - say it's "Cut And Paste - Let's Go Disco [Freskanova]", but I cannot find any reference to that track anywhere. And tbh it's not the usual sound from the Cut And Paste lads. I checked through all the Freestylers and Cut And Paste tracks, but no joy.

It clearly samples an old tune; likely to be a disco tune given the sound. I've tried Shazam of course and also tried putting in the lyrics (as I hear them) into genius.com but nothing thus far.

Any help greatly appreciated.
