Track 3 sounds really familiar. Do you know what year it's from?

May be 1995 or 1996.

I think it might be from 91/92. It has that Rave crowd sound/sample in the background which was used back in 91 mostly.
I'm pretty sure I've heard it before. There are a couple of tracks from back in the day that sound similar to it. I just cant remember the names of them though. :(
