shamanixx, I thought it was gonna be a remix of Dionne too but I couldnt find it.

They completely took the DIONNE track and added additional samples and rhythm loops.

heard the track on another set which gave more vocals & a clue the track was from 1989

Hooligan X @ Havana Club, Middlesbrough NYE 89/90

done a discogs search for various vocals & filtered down the results by year, format, style etc & found it.

Great detective work!
