Bumper
Just to let you know that the tune after React to Rythm - whatever you dream is David Morales on the mix of Daddy Freddy - the crown.
it's pretty easy to track down - I got a copy from hard to find around a year ago for £6.
cheers
Just so you know...
Side 2 Jack:
DJ Roy Silver - We’re On The Move is actually…
Emotion - Promised Land EP - A2 We're On The Move.. written by Nick Hussey.
Its often advertised as by DJ Roy Silver... but its not.

No its not I'm afraid.
Hi all
the track you're after is Age of Chance - Slow Motion Riot (Gonna live Forever Mix) - first house record I ever bought after hearing DK play it back in 91..
its this
Age Of Chance - Slow Motion Riot (Remix) (12") at Discogs
:jumpin:
Cool.. thanks

faith and hope and charity, one for you and one for me, money doesn't grow on trees but babies come from ladies...
its the track called 'Chuck Apple Mad'
he plays it after Think Tank
Listening to this set as we speak... Does anyone know where its from? Im guessing its a south west event.. something like Obsession or Fantazia?? Any ideas?
its from Plymouth.. it was a night called Alpha run by I think Jan from Exeter
it was in the Warehouse I think.. one of the Alpha allnighters..
so a club rather than a rave
this flyer looks familiar, think the original tape had this as a cover
http://hyperreal.org/raves/database/...ha_14feb92.jpg
that would place it in February 92.. I didn't go, too skint as I remember!! a bunch of mates did though..
quite a lot of mixtape sites have this mix named as DiY go to Amsterdam for some reason
has anyone got a copy of this set, lost my tape many moons ago(got nicked!) cheers amigos
Nice one Hakatone... ive been trying to place this set for years. Someone informed me it was from Amsterdam but surely the mc'ing would have been in Dutch...? Ive got it on my pc, ill upload it when i get a chance..
Here you go..
Jack unknown rave 1991.mp3 - DivShare

Electropeople - Technoboy
Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam - Let The Beat Hit’ Em Part 2
Electropeople - Technoboy - what a f**kin tune!
I played in room 2 that nite....A corker of a nite indeed!!! Warehouse held some awesome raves its such a shame all the historic buildings that hosted these memories just sit there broken and derelict. Your right Jan ran Alpha along with Alan (Mad Captain Zorg). Sweet times - seems like yesterday.
Tune in to Beats n Pizzas radio for real old skool tunes hosted by myself....Streaming live for requests also on Sundays 8pm-9pm....Heres the link -
Beats n Pizzas - live streaming video powered by Livestream
brilliant bit of spotting, the we're on the move & slow motion riot!!! awesome...
Is incorrect.
Its actually.... YouTube - Institution - It's Not Over (007 Wild Mix)
anyone know which version of nightmares on Wax - aftermath is played on this (and other DIY mixes).
Thanks
@ Edz.
As I'm sure you know by now (thanks to reffa) its Little People - Happiness.
Anyone know what this tune is?..
zSHARE - stop the house.mp3
Its ID'd as Thompson & Lenoir - Can’t Stop The House but I don't think it is as I have a lot of the mixes of this tune already, and its none of them that I know.
Thanks
maybe one of the mixes of:Raúl Orellana - You Can't Stop The House at Discogs
Thanks mate.. I will pm a seller about that.
Ok, so this is the tracklist so far (as the one posted before had a few wrong ones and had not been updated).
We're nearly there, the ones in bold still need id'ing (I've done samples to save people from having the dl the whole set).
I'm pretty certain I know what unknown 1 is.. but need to have a proper think first (as the little grey cells have been killed off thru many years of going to DiY gigs! lol). Its REALLY easy as well! Think I'm going to have to finger thru my collection as I know I've got it somewhere.
