Pretty certain track 5 is 'Visions Of Torment' from The Chosen - Visions of Life EP.
He played it elsewhere (Amnesia 1990 set that is easily available elsewhere) and that set also include 'Visions of Rhythm' from the same EP later on.
Absolutely impossible to get hold of, I've been trying for years!
