I got this tape sent to me back in '94 with 'DJ Spirit' written on it (not sure who that was), a track that stuck out to me was this one (attached to the post), anyone know what this is?

Sorry, meant to say, it was a mixtape / DJ set presumably by DJ Spirit, whole set took up both sides of the tape, so this was one track out of tonnes.
