not receiving email notifications

since the update ive not received any notification emails, anybody else noticed the same?

ive checked my setting & think everything is set correct, noticed a new bit in setting where you can see all your subscribed threads & I had to tick the box on the right hand side that says notifications, only problem is when I move away from that page it un-ticks itself again

EDIT: ive taken a screen shot but it wont let me upload a pic, its asking for a valid audio file :crazy:

yeah its a bit of an odd one, in General Settings / Messaging & Notification / ive selected 'Instantly, using email' but still not receiving any emails.

in Setting/Subscriptions, theres the option to ticked the box for notification

if I click thread tools it only gives me the option to Unsubscribe from this thread, so I must be subscribed!

I think the problem is in Setting/Subscriptions if I tick the box for notifications to my subscribed threads, the box keeps un-ticking itself, there's no way to keep it ticked if you move away from that page, see picks I upped above

The email for your account is sbradyman2@aol.com is that the correct one mate? I have just purged the mail queue see if that sorts it out for you. The tick boxes are just to select them threads which is why they are going off when you leave the page. As they say notification instant on them you are definitely subscribed to them.

yeah thats the correct email address, ive checked my spam folder & theres nothing in there, the last email notification I received from tuneID was 10th Dec

I tried re-setting my email address in settings to see if that worked but still nothing

Are you subscribed to this thread mate? I just got a notification email about your reply and I hadn't got any before so hopefully it is fixed

I just checked the mail queue and I think they ain't going to you because when I updated the forum it sent out a shed load of emails and your provider has temporary blocked us. Apparently it should sort itself out will take another look in a week

thanks for looking into this, hopefully it does sort itself out

a week or so back I received a whole bunch of notification emails from oldskoolanthemz board which I though was a bit strange cos when I checked the threads there was no new replies

I changed my tuneID settings to a different email address for a while, ive now swapped it back to my original email address & its working fine

hope this helps ;)

another good tip: click 'new posts' under the tuneID logo & it shows you all the new posts since your last visit
