Updated site, moved servers and updated to https

Hey folks. Been really busy with other projects so not had chance to put any time into this place in yonks. Good to see it is still being used to some extent

Updated the site to https, and updated vbulletin to a later more stable version and moved servers. I will be moving servers again with OSA within the next month so expect some downtime again

Let us know if you spot any issues and will get them ironed out
