1991 ID Please

Hi all, Please can i ask for your help yet again with trying to ID a tune from 1991. Ive no rip to post, so ill try explaining again the best i can. The tune leads in with a cut up riff which sounds as if it was cut from the opening seconds of the main riff from Frank de Wulf's classic "Magic Orchestra" and then lead into a drop of the main and very infectious riff / stab with no beats........to it then kicking off accompanied by the kickdrum and drivin / rollin beats & bassline. The only vox in it is "Music...Mu..Mu Music" at sparce intervals. Brilliant tune. Any ideas? :)
