Reet doolz m8 had a listen to that 2nd sample and near the end it sounds like the corus but lyrics not easy to work out, thought
it sounded like two time something, might be a long shot here but i found this italo track Razzamatazz - two time boy. can't find a year or any lyrics but it sounds good

it's defo gonna be called two time boy cos like braddy said there was the pcp project tune of the same name using the same vocals.
