I don't have an answer :( but I really hope this tune ID is solved, I am hearing the lyrics as:
Male: Give him time (but can also be 'million times', 'giving times' etc)
Female: In this salvation (or the salvation)

one of the users on the Sword form suggested that this may be this vinyl, but I do not want to order, and there's no good vinyl player to check.

Tune can also be from 1993, because it starts with Dream Your Dream - Soushkin.

I could not remember what this track was first - Soushkin is from 1993 exactly, super.

Next after is Usura - Open Your Mind 1992, Usura confused me.
