"Reactivate" Old Skool (possibly Belgium) 1991 Techno/hardcore

Hello all,

One of my top tracks from 91 (big Slipmatt/Raindance tune) is a belgium sounding track - it has a bleepy/acid krome and time 'unity' sound to the melody and has a big break down in the middle.

It has a spoken robot voice effect over the top at a few points in the track:

"Reactivate, your vate, yourt mine"

I'm hoping this sounds familiar to someone - any help would be appreciated!

"Activate your state of mind"
