The clip you've posted is part of the "Hardcore/Child Of The World/Club Mix" which plays as a sort of segued suite, the bit your looking for is after the baby crying bit.
Confusingly this version you are after is re-titled on the UK release as "Technoir Reprise/Apocalypse/Resurrection" - they are the same, don't know know why they re-titled it (but you do get 2 extra versions on the UK release not present on the Italian one)
