I have been trying to ID this track since 1997 and have never been able to find it.
The track in question drops around 03.36 in this video of a Loftgroover set at Hardcore Heaven's Live Showcase Part 2 in 1997. It's got a dark grimy baseline and some mental chopped up breakbeat with a voice that sounds like it says "Now Hardcore".

The track also has the sample "No more goddamn regrets".
Now I know Delta 9 has a track with the same sample but that's not the right one. Which leads me to believe that loftgroover was mixing the vocal from Delta 9's track over a different track, the "Now Hardcore" one.
If anyone can help me solve this 20 year mystery I would be eternally grateful!!
