Hello,
I'm trying to ID a tune from memory from around late 92, early 93.
It's a from the hardcore / jungle crossover era, I heard it on a tape along side such tunes by cool hand flex - hold back and chill out, all four tracks from Bay b Kane's parallel ep, punch out, higher octaves- raise the bones and breakdown and twin base's atmosfear to name a few..
The tune I'm trying to ID has a soulful vocal of 'oh boy' over some up lifting strings and it also has a male gruf vocal saying' bum ba bum bad boy' over some ruff beats. Originally I thought it may have been on the Ibiza or Limited E labels but no such look! The style, arrangement, beats and vocals sound like they could have come from the Ibiza stable... it wasn't a main stream rave tune but big on the pirate radio stations from back then.
A bit thin but any help would be massively appreciate........
