Superb Kut1, and so it turns out it's a 1996 tune :'(
Think I've listened to every happy hardcore / gabber tune from 94 & 95 I could find linked through Discogs.

Massive thanks, just got to try to get a copy now. Seems to still demand a canny chunk of money and non in the UK atm.
