Help!

Trying to ID a tune that's going round and round in my head. Think it's from '92. Starts off with a voice singing, "Take it easy, easy" against some fairly mellow music. Then there's a repeated voiceover just saying "Ba-ba-de-bum-bum". Sounds ridiculous, I know, but that's all I can remember...
