Tender 3.mp3 samples the backing vocals from Colonel Abrams 1985 single Trapped.
Lyrics are "I'm going out of my head, It seems I'm crazy for you".

Your tune could have the same name i.e. Trapped.

Edit:
There's a '92, House version of Trapped with 4 remixes but none of them are it.
Your version of course is more Acid House.
