Come On Children Just Dance

There's a very familiar trumpet(?) riff in this and towards the beginning a guy says "come on children, just dance". There's also a "here we go" sample in there too.

It's a breakbeat progressive House style tune from 92 or 93. There's a bit of techno in there and some nice piano too.

The attached mp3 is 2:22 seconds long as I'm not sure if this is all the same tune or if it is two tunes mixed into each other. At 01:19 it sounds like another tune is being mixed in but it could all be one and the same.

Someone should know this.

Okay, after straining my brain and testing both my memory and sound matching skills (heh heh) I've figured out where I've heard that trumpet riff before. It originally comes from Pigbag - Papa's Got A Brand New Pigbag (1981) .... most of us should be familiar with the 1995 version by the Perfecto Allstarz - Reach Up (Papa's Got A Brand New Pig Bag).

So now I've just got to try and see if I can use that info to find the ID. Hopefully that will also give someone a clue or jog someones memory. :D
I've tried using WhoSampled but nothing relevant comes up.
