7:07 sounds very similar to one of my unknown ID's. Have a listen from 00:55 of the following:

They have the same haunting vocal, the same rhythmic drum track and same acid bassline. They appear to be different versions of the same tune.

A local DJ played it on his own radio show.
I'm not sure if I still have the original tape. I'll try and find it and see if there are any clues from the other tunes he played around it. It might give me an idea on what labels or EP he may have got this tune off.

Is yours from a set powerhour? If so, could you please let me know the name of the set or the DJ if you know it? Or was it a local DJ?

Just as I thought. They were 2 different versions of the same tune. :)
My version is Ovation (Club Mix) and your version is Ovation (Underground Mix)
