Hey guys how are you all, i've just joined out of desperation to identify this track that has been bugging me for a year:

I time stamped the video, this is the only time i've ever heard it in this video (you don't have to understand what its about) but its one of the best tracks i've ever heard but I can't find anything on it, i've asked the uploader and commenters via direct message, nothing!
