89-91 auto low - otto lo fantasy fm

Peeps im after an old track i used to hear on fantasy fm back in the day.

tune had a vocal sample of a chap with what sounds like an afican accent.

"something something the otto low, dis is the otto low, the otto low"

could have been saying Auto Low
