Hey Bunker mate, I reckon Kraftwerk - Trans Euro Express, Turntable Hype, same synth of the Amsterdam Mix and a sample maybe 70's or 80's, same sample is on Dee Gorgeous - Better Than Sex (The Dangerous Mix), a little pitched voice (wah wah): does anyone know who owns it?
