Unk. EuroHouse 'Humpty Dumpty' ? Voltage FM Paris-Mar.1995

Need track ID and/or help please with lyrics to this underground
"Euro ragga house" track that I heard on Voltage 96.9 FM Paris back in 1995.
Female 'ragga' vocals singing and whistling Humpty Dumpty nursery rhymes plus some other "patois" words that I can't understand very well.
Rhythm somewhat reminds me of the 1994 Eurodance hit
"Them Girls" by Zig & Zag.
The DJ on Voltage FM makes an announcement at the beginning that sounds like "Flash emotionelle...numéro..vibration..."La Revolution.. 'Spacepage' but I can't understand that word "space page" is that he said!
