Melodic Gat Decor like bassline before it cranks into harder section spoken lyrics "I dream... that my dream, shadows and light... have you dreamed this dream before'

Similar style to Shamen/Apollo 440 (Blackout) and piano breakdown, acidy squelches...

Found this at the end of a DJ Lisa radio set - but it's played by the radio DJ at 55 min in.
