A bit of help with this one would be much appreciated.
Its from a Derrick Carter mix from 1997 @ 35.00 - 39.00:

It's been ID as:
The Untouchables - "Little" Louie Anthem Part II (Factory Bar Mix) [Strictly - SR12204]
However, I am pretty sure its a different remix/edit. Its way pitched up so maybe just some Derrick wizardry.
Any ideas would be amazing,
