Don't know the tune but the speech samples are from the 1981 scifi-horror movie 'Scanners' (if this trivia is of any help)...

Cheers mate. I found that from google but thanks for looking. Incidentally, the track is played on the autechre 38 hour set, played 28.12.06 on https://archive.org/details/autechre2006-12-28, part 1 at 31:06. Cheers.
