If it has a guitar riffin it then its deffo "The Big Beat"but i thought it was a 94 tune

If its an early synth riff 93/early 94 style then it also could be

Saratoga "Ill be there"they both you the same rap bit

Admittedly ive never heard dave Taylor play the big beat but hes dropped Saratoga quite a few times
