Another Italian Job?

I can't tell if they're italian or wherever they're from but she sounds a bit european in parts of this, from a 1990 tape mix which includes the proverbial but still brilliant denise lopez and similar stuff. C'mon Biskit and Tigger - who's gonna gettit first. Someone else mebbe? btw Wildpitch has helped me with this sample (and the next). Cheers peeps.

I wondered where you got to! She could be Am. but she does kinda slur/or imitate words in parts of it which could be construed as an accent but i'll take American. To be honest the mix on tape it comes from has speeded up the tracks slightly so the Denise Lopez track, the Hold Me Velvet track and this so-called Hold You track all sound like the same singer (in a way). I listed all the tapes tracks in an old post and i'm sure you know all the others on it. it's just this one.
