Tune from 1991 as played by Colin Dale on Kiss FM

Hi guys and gals, im new on here. Iv just recently needed to find out the name of this tune,so thought id try my luck on here. To not take up space making new threads i thought id maybe just put my question on the end of someone elses relevant thread, but dunno if im allowed to do that so iv made a new one.

Anyway.... the tune in question is from 1991 and was on a tape recording i did of an old Colin Dale radio show on Kiss Fm (London) from back then. Iv done a short YouTube video of the tune id like to know the name of, il put the link below.
