Can anyone help me bird out with this one.
I know 3 different versions of Rhythm Quest - Closer To All Your Dreams. They are:

Original
Hybrid Mix
Trotters Mix

Is there a version with the full vocals which say more than the tag line. The full vocals recently appeared in a tune by Resonance Q called Someday but the vocals were by a different bird. They go like this:

"You were so blind to let me go, you had it all..."

The original vocal was sampled from Some Day by Mariah Carey.

The samples were sampled off Mariah Carey's Someday. There was an accapella-piano mix of this on the 12". This was used over a breakbeat track on Now That's What I Call A Bootleg vol 1 - I suspect that this could be the one you're after.

I suspected it was the Mariah Carey piano/accapella mix after looking up Mikes info. Couldn't find a sample of it anywhere though.

If anyone knows more please let me know

have you heard the proper original promo mix


includes some full on 'Swearing'

even than ICE T's swearing acca


the breakbeat track on 'now thats what o call a booty'

original promo mix got banned with swearin in it... very rare indeed!!!
