Alright Brady bud - Stelladry & Alan got Dance Rhythm - Grooves correct - this is the tune that was 1st issued & that Congress ripped off 100% - rare as feck too !

The Teknobit ID was also bang on - ID'd by Kingcoe coz he's got the vinyl (jammy git - lol) - Chicago Trip by Alpha DY is a different tune although still v much a Sasha classic. It has vocals "Energy levels start to increase, given a chance to make you dance".

Hope this helps

Poor old Congress - The song is definitely called Better Grooves by Congress. The Dance Rhythm - Grooves is actually a bootleg of 7 tracks on the US Dance Rhythm records. Some tracks are only given a shortened name so Better Grooves is labeled up as "Grooves", Colour Me by Paradise Orchestra is labeled up as "Color" etc, etc. When Better Grooves was first released this bootleg was the only way you could get it on vinyl for absolutely ages.

Incidentally one annoying thing about the Dance Rhythm bootleg was that they cut the ending slightly short and fade out the recording early.
