Something needs to be done, even if it's more people given power to delete non music related threads. But that CAPTCHA would be ideal. Is it hard, expensive to implement?

Spam is really annoying.
You can grant me for a limited time the rights to delete threads and messages, and I'd clean up forums from the most of spam threads and messages.
