It's an unreleased version of this:

Mampi Swift - Transformers [Charge - Autobots EP]

The version that came out had a different intro and slightly different drop. Andy C, Mampi Swift, Bad Company and Ed Rush all played the unreleased version on plate for a while in 2003.
